Terms of Use
Last updated: June 15, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tarot Magic Cards iOS app (“the App”), provided by Mikhail Drazdzetski. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. For entertainment only — not professional advice
The App provides tarot readings generated by an artificial-intelligence model. Readings are for reflection and entertainment only. They are not professional advice and must not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. In particular, readings do not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or safety advice. For any important decision, consult an appropriately qualified professional. If you are in crisis or may harm yourself or others, contact your local emergency services or a crisis hotline.
2. AI-generated content
Interpretations are produced automatically by an AI model from your question and the drawn cards. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected, and does not represent the views of Mikhail Drazdzetski. The App is not a human psychic or counseling service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use the App.
4. Your account
The App signs you in automatically and anonymously; there is no registration. Your readings are associated with a random anonymous identifier. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time in Settings → Account → Delete account.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the App for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, harm, or infringe the rights of others;
- attempt to prompt or manipulate the AI into producing illegal content or content that is hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or that promotes self-harm;
- interfere with, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its backend;
- use automated means to access the service except as expressly permitted.
We may suspend or limit access that violates these Terms or threatens the integrity of the service.
6. Reporting objectionable content
If a reading produces content you find objectionable, you can report it from within the App, or through our support form. We review reports and respond to legitimate concerns in a timely manner.
7. Intellectual property
The App, its design, text, and card artwork are owned by Mikhail Drazdzetski or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding. You may use readings you generate for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that readings will be accurate or meet your expectations.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mikhail Drazdzetski will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any decision you make in reliance on a reading. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; we will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide notice in the App or listing. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law applies to you.
